Backdooor Service

  • We drive up to your home to retrieve BAGGED trash.
  • All trash MUST be bagged.
  • All cardboard MUST be flat.
  • 1ft of flat cardboard will be taken per pickup.
  • Customers use their own trash can.
  • Driveways must be accessible on scheduled service day.
  • No low hanging tree limbs, power lines and or decorations blocking driveway etc. (We do not replace these items nor will we damage our trucks)
  • *Please consider our curbside service if this is an issue.

Curbside Service

  • Customers are provided with a 96 gal trash can.
  • All Trash MUST be in can provided.
  • No trash will be accepted outside of trash can.
  • Cans should be placed on opposite side of driveway away from mailbox.
  • Cans should be 8 to 10 feet away from personal property and power lines etc.

Special programs

Homeowners Association Program

We offer special programs and pricing for homeowner associations and properties that are professionally managed. Please give us a call for further details and take advantage of exclusive pricing.

Special Pickup Services

We offer special pickup services for large household items and excessive household trash. (Ex. Furniture, etc) Please call to verify service and rates.

New Homeowner Move In Program

We understand that moving into a new home can be a daunting task and trash can accumulate very quickly. Please give us a call to discuss this special program.

Billing

Billing Information

Residential customers are billed on a monthly basis with flexible pay options. Customers will be billed on the 15th of every month with a payment due date of the 1st of every month.
